Refund Eligibility

• We do not provide refunds once access to course materials has been granted.
• Refunds are only considered if:
  • You have not accessed any of the course content.
  • The course was incomplete or not as described.
  • A technical error or duplicate charge occurred.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

• Courses that have been partially or fully accessed
• Downloadable materials and bonus content
• Live sessions already attended
• Content shared via Telegram, Google Drive, etc.

Please include your full name, order ID, course name, and reason. We'll respond within 3 business days.

Refund Process

• If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Processing time is 5–7 business days.
• Transaction/gateway fees are non-refundable unless due to a system error.

Exchanges

• No direct exchanges between courses.
• We may offer manual enrollment in another course if the request is made within 3 days of purchase.
